Hanging down like a Yo-Yo

A Mini 3D Yo-Yo. The huge billboard (20 x 30 meters) shows a photo of a hand with a long string tied around the finger and finishes with a real size fiberglass Mini dangling off it. What gives the billboard great visual impact is a mechanism that allows the Mini to really move up and down along invisible rails, as if it were a yo-yo. This is what i call a "big" idea!
