Chinese ad campaign for Fenbid, it's all about a "joint" pain killer... I think what it's trying to say is, that even small kind of jobs can be painful (probably when you already hurt)... I like these sort of visuals and i recon the message is clear enough, but they could use some copy, instead of only the box and the site address (maybe).
