What's going on in your head?

This is not a bad idea, showing what's going on someone's head when having a headache. Now to be honest i don't like at all the photoshoping. Maybe it's done in purpose this way, but it just looks poor. The concept is more less ok, although it has been done in similar ways before, except ofcourse the fact, that the painkiller is giving some bait to the ache, to leave the head in peace, or trying to scare it away... yep, that particular part brings a smile to my lips.
