Loans, going Cuckoo!

An ad made for Berliner Sparkasse Bank, showing a Cuckoo clock turned into a luxurious house. (It even has an helicopter landing ground!) I guess the Cuckoo birds (and clocks) are very common in Germany (specially in the black forest). The meaning of the translated copy says something like: "Mortgages from Sparkasse makes everybody's dream of a better living, come true." Ok then... where is the pool? :-)
